SKF bearing noise reduction processing method

1.载荷的大小、方向和性质:球轴承适于承受轻载荷,滚子轴承适于承受重载荷及冲击载荷。当滚动轴承受纯轴向载荷时,一般选用推力轴承;当滚动轴承受纯径向载荷时,一般选用深沟球轴承或短圆柱滚子轴承;当SKF轴承受纯径向载荷的同时,还有不大的轴向载荷时,可选用深沟球轴承、角接触球轴承、圆锥滚子轴承及调心球或调心滚子轴承;当轴向载荷较大时,可选用接触角较大的角接触球轴承及圆锥滚子轴承,或者选用向心轴承和推力轴承组合在一起,这在极高轴向载荷或特别要求有较大轴向刚性时尤为适应宜。

2.允许转速:因SKF轴承类型不同有很大的差异。一般情况下,摩擦小、发热量少的轴承,适于高转速。设计时应力求滚动轴承在低于其极限转速的条件下工作。

3.刚性:轴承承受负荷时,轴承套圈和滚动体接触处就会产生弹性变形,变形量与载荷成比例,其比值决定轴承刚性的大小。一般可通过轴承的预紧来提高轴承的刚性;此外,在轴承支承设计中,考虑轴承的组合和排列方式也可改善轴承的支承刚度。
3 Rigidity: bearings under load, the bearing rings and rolling elements contact point will produce elastic deformation , the deformation is proportional to the load , the ratio determines the size of the bearing stiffness . Generally by bearing preload to improve the rigidity of the bearing ; addition , the design of the bearing support , considering the combination and arrangement of the bearing can also improve the support rigidity of the bearing .
4.调心性能和安装误差:轴承装入工作位置后,往往由于制造误差造成安装和定位不良。此时常因轴产生挠度和热膨胀等原因,使SKF轴承承受过大的载荷,引起早期的损坏。自动调心轴承可自行克服由安装误差引起的缺陷,因而是适合此类用途的轴承。

5.安装和拆卸:圆锥滚子轴承、滚针轴承和圆锥滚子轴承等,属于内外圈可分离的轴承类型(即所谓分离型轴承),安装拆卸方便。
5 Installation and Removal : Tapered roller bearings , needle roller bearings and tapered roller bearings, inner and outer rings are separable bearing type ( the so-called separation of bearings ) , easy installation and removal .
