Failure analysis of rolling bearing working surface

提高INA轴承可靠性系统工程中的重要环节( 轴承在工作中丧失其规定功能,从而导致故障或不能正常工作的现象称为失效( 轴承失效按其寿命可分为正常失效和早期失效两种。本文主要是针对点腐蚀及疲劳导致轴承早期失效的原因进行分析,并提出改进措施,以提高INA轴承的使用寿命和可靠性。
Increase reliability of INA bearings the important aspect of systems engineering (bearing at work, loss of their functions, so as to cause a malfunction or not function properly the phenomenon known as failure (bearing failure by their life can be divided into normal fail early and fail in two ways. This article is mainly aimed at pitting corrosion and fatigue analysis of the causes leading to early failure of the bearing, and put forward improvement measures to enhance the INA bearing service life and reliability.

疲劳失效是INA轴承表面失效形式之一,是金属在交变载荷的长期作用下而产生的失效,主要表现为疲劳裂纹的萌生、扩展和断裂的过程。裂纹的产生有两种方式:
Fatigue failure is INA bearing surface failure mode, one of the metal under the long-term effect of alternating load resulting from failure, mainly for fatigue crack initiation and the propagation and fracture process. Cracks of two ways:

1:从表面产生,即在滚动INA轴承的接触过程中,因外载的作用在工作表面引起周期性变化的接触应力,在表层产生塑性变形和形变硬化,最后在工作表面出现微小裂纹,由表面向里发展,在该裂纹形成的两个表面之间,由于润滑剂的揳入,使裂纹壁受力张开,迫使裂纹向前发 展;

2:裂纹从表层产生,即在表面接触应力的反复作用下,裂纹最初产生于离接触表面有一定深度之处,并顺着与表面成一定角度的方向发展,达到距表面某一深度之后,又越出到表面上来,最后形成麻点剥落,在接触表面上遗留下一个个麻坑。
裂纹从表面产生或从表层产生,这两种情况都是客观存在的( 零件经过渗碳、表面淬火等热处理后,若存在硬度不均匀、组织不均匀以及不利的内应力等,则在接触应力的作用下,裂纹一般从表层下产生。反之,若零件表面加工质量差,存在着缺陷(氧化、脱碳),摩擦力大或润滑不佳,则裂纹从表面产生。

However, poor surface quality of parts, the shortcomings (oxidation, decarburization), friction or poor lubrication, cracked surface.
