FAG轴承使用中产生激振的原因检测分析

轴承发生激振的原因有很多,主要针对以下几种进行检查:
1、因加载滚动体数量变化而产生的激振
当一个径向负荷加载于FAG轴承时,其承载负荷的滚动体数量在运行中会稍有变化,即:这引起了负荷方向的偏移。由此产生的振动是不可避免的,但可通过轴向预加载来减轻,加载于所有滚动体但是不适用于圆柱滚子轴承。
Bearing excitation occurs for many reasons , mainly for the following checks :
1, due to changes in the number of rolling load generated excitation
When a radial load loaded on FAG bearings , its load bearing rolling element number may vary slightly in the operation , namely: which raises the load direction of the offset. The resulting vibration is inevitable, but can be pre-loaded to reduce axial , rolling load at all , but does not apply to cylindrical roller bearings.

2、部件的波度
在轴承圈与轴承座或传动轴之间密配合的情况下,FAG轴承圈有可能与相邻部件的外形相配合而变形。如果出现变形,在运行中便可能产生振动。因此,把轴承座和传动轴进行机加工到所需的公差很重要。
2 , waviness component
The bearing ring and the bearing or the tight fit between the shaft case , FAG bearing ring may be compatible with the adjacent parts of the shape and deformation. If there is distortion in the operation may produce vibration . Accordingly , the bearing and the shaft is machined to the required tolerances is important.

3、轴承局部损坏
由于操作或安装错误,小部分轴承滚道和滚动体可能会受损。在运行中,滚过受损的轴承部件会产生特定的振动频率。振动频率分析可识别出受损的轴承部件。
3 , bearing partial damage
Since operation or installation error , a small part of the bearing raceways and rolling elements may be damaged. In operation, the rolled damaged bearing member to produce a particular vibration frequency . Frequency analysis can identify the damaged bearing member .
