Unnatural spalling phenomena analysis of TIMKEN bearing

非自然剥落是由人为因素引起的发生在TIMKEN轴承使用中期或早期的剥落。产生非自然剥落的主要原因为由于TIMKEN轴承类型选择不当或由于安装不当等所造成的。

Unnatural spalling is caused by man-made factors occur early in the TIMKEN bearing medium-term or peeling. Major causes of non-natural peeling as a result of TIMKEN bearing types caused by improper or due to improper installation.

(1)由于TIMKEN轴承类型选择不当引起的剥落在有较大轴向负荷的情况下选用深沟球轴承,就可能发生早期剥落。剥落主要发生在滚道,它使滚动体的滚动轨迹向装球口方向移动,甚至滚过装球口,最后使滚道发生严重的剥落损伤。预防这种损伤的措施是按TIMKEN轴承的工作条件合理地选择TIMKEN轴承。

  1)安装时,轴和外壳的挡肩对配合表面不垂直,或者由于轴弯曲,使内外圈相互歪斜,都会造成滚动表面接触应力过大,导致剥落。

  4)当深沟球轴承在轴上过盈安装时,如果所加压力是经外圈和钢球传递的,就不可避免地在滚道接触钢球的地方造成凹坑。这些凹坑就是剥落之源,发展迅猛,很快就会使轴承报废。因此,在以过盈安装内或外圈时,只能对被安装的内或外圈端面施力。

  5)此外,TIMKEN轴承安装过紧、过松或调整不当,也会造成轴承的早期剥落。
