NSK轴承的常见故障是轴承与轴颈的接触干摩擦 , 严重的干摩擦会导致NSK轴承温度和润滑油温度升高, 粘度下降, 承载能力降低, 酿成粘瓦、烧轴等恶性事故, 甚至损坏设备并威胁人身安全。因此, NSK轴承工作状态实时监测和故障诊断的研究受到广泛重视。

Common faults of NSK bearings are bearings and axle contact friction, serious friction causes the NSK bearing temperature and oil temperature, viscosity decrease, reduced carrying capacity, causing adhesive tile, burning shaft, and other fatal accident or equipment damage and threats to physical security. Therefore, NSK bearing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the study received wide attention.

目前有如下常用的NSK轴承故障诊断方法:

Currently has the following common fault diagnosis method of NSK bearings:

①     检测滑油温度、轴承温度及主油道滑油压力波等物理参数;

① test oil temperature, temperature of the bearing and the main physical parameters, such as oil, lubricating oil pressure wave;

②     测轴心轨迹、油膜厚度、油膜压力;

② orbit, oil film thickness and measuring oil film pressure;

③光铁谱分析和振动分析等。这些方法各有其特点, 能在一定程度上反映故障特征, 但也存在局限性。如振动信号具有信息丰富、传感器安装方便等优点, 但信号的主要能量集中在1500Hz 以下的低频区, 而干扰信号的频率也多为低频, 从而使信号分离较为困难。声发射信号与普通振动信号相比, 具有较宽的频率范围, 信息量更大, 利用高频段信号进行故障诊断, 可以有效地排除其它低频干扰信号, 因此信噪比高。此外传感器安装也较方便, 可以对运行中的设备进行无损状态监测。
