轴承作为机车的主要部件,特别是牵引电机、轴箱轴承,其功能对安全运输起着举足轻重的作用,机车在线上运行时,一旦INA轴承发生故障,将导致整列列车不能运行,堵塞运输正线,特别是客运列车发生故障,造成的负面影响就更大,同时一旦机车轴承发生故障,对机车的抢修也是十分困难的,因此预防和减少机车轴承故障的发生,对于机车的安全运输就显得十分重要,能不能在轴承装车前将有故障隐患的INA轴承检测出来,保证合格的轴承配件上车是本文论述的重点。

1)轴承设计参数:包括INA轴承滚动体数量、套圈壁厚和游隙等。
